For NewHouse Design, we wanted to make sure the design of the website matched the company’s brand. To stay true to NewHouse’s style, we took copious notes on Andrea’s style preferences, scoured her portfolio for inspiration, and stayed in close communication throughout the web design process.
Telling a Story
For many, a company’s values and character is equally as important as the quality of its services. With NewHouse Design, we worked with founder Andrea Seymour to communicate not only the purpose of her company, but the heart of it.
We asked Andrea to tell us the story of her company, peppered her with questions, took notes, asked more questions, and distilled her story into a client-friendly narrative.
A Focus on Community
With NewHouse Design, giving back to the local community - and communicating that value with clients - has been extremely important.
For Andrea, her community is her story.
Smooth Navigation + Organization
In organizing NewHouse’s website tabs, we chose to minimize main tabs in favor of creating sub-tabs for each category. The outcome allows for a streamlined user experience and ensures smooth site navigation.
Best Photo Forward
Using NewHouse’s catalogue of previous home renovations, we created a set of portfolio categories featuring the most attention-grabbing photos to capture the heart of her brand at a glance.
